Japanese Beauty

The Kyo-fan has been nurtured in the rich climate and culture of Kyoto, the capital of a thousand years, and even today, in response to the various demands of the people of each era in their daily lives, craftspeople have added their creativity and ingenuity and passed it on from generation to generation. The beauty of small handicrafts, which is born from the careful selection of materials and the sure handiwork of craftsmen, is not merely expressive beauty, but is also a beauty that can be possessed by any practical tool.
