A.The app is free to use. The communication costs associated with downloading and use are borne by the customer.

Q.What are the system requirements for the app?

A.Use of the app is assumed to be on internet-capable smartphone devices running iOS 15.0 or higher, and Android 12.0 or higher.

About checking and changing registration details

Q.How do I check or change the registered place of residence?

A.You can check and change your registered place of residence from the menu screen by selecting "Confirm/Change Place of Residence".

Due to a change in your place of residence, the content of the terms and agreements may be subject to change.

In that case, the terms and conditions will be displayed again, so please review and agree to them.

Q.How do I change the display language?

A.You can change the display language from the menu screen by selecting "Confirm/Change Language".

About viewing store information

Q.Which store information can I see?

A.You can see information on each Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department store within Japan.

You cannot see information on Mitsukoshi and Isetan stores outside of Japan.

Q.How can I see information for a different store?

A.Please select the store you wish to view from the "Switch Store" option located underneath the store name at the top of the store information page you are currently viewing.

About the deletion of registered personal information

Q.How do I delete the personal information that I registered?

A.Please proceed with the deletion process from the menu screen by selecting "Update/Delete Passport Registration Information for SHOPPING COUPON".
